Safety Showing Procedures:

You confirm by registering, to the best of your knowledge, that anyone attending this appointment has been asked and meet the following criteria:

Has not recently travelled outside of the country or has been in close contact with someone who has travelled out of the country in the last 14 days.

Is not displaying nor is taking medication to suppress COVID-19 symptoms including fever, dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing within the last 14 days. Has not come into contact with anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including fever, dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing within the last 14 days. Has not come into contact with anyone with a pending or confirmed COVID-19 test in the past 14 days. If there are extenuating circumstances, such as the Buyer is a nurse or doctor and thus has to answer yes to one of the statements above, then please contact the Listing Agent prior to the showing and discuss the situation and determine if the Seller would allow an exception. While at the listing, you further agree that anyone attending this appointment is aware of and will adhere to the following COVID-19 safety precautions: Everyone will respect the minimum required social distance of 6 feet / 2 metres. U Everyone will wear a face mask. Everyone will wash or sanitize their hands prior to touching the lockbox and/or entering the home. The washroom facilities will NOT be used. Unnecessary family members or children will not attend the appointment.
